Is it possible to change the event date?
Absolutely! As long as you provide a minimum notice of 15 days, you can reschedule your event up to two times without incurring any additional fees.
What is your policy for event cancellation?
In cases where events are rescheduled within 15 days, full payment for perishable items will be required. However, we value our clients and always strive to find the best solutions together!
How does the billing process work?
To secure your event booking, we request a 50% down-payment. The remaining 50% is due 24 hours before your scheduled event.
Need to manage your guest invites?
Utilize our user-friendly online guest management system, specifically the “Invites” section, which can be easily managed by you or even handled by our team.
Can I register for an event?
Absolutely! Simply find the event you wish to attend and complete the registration form.
